Who is AnyElastomer?

We are specialists in high-quality solutions made from EPDM, PVC and TPE. We support industrial companies in developing and manufacturing precise technical components.

Which industries do your products serve?

Our products are used in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology, construction and the food industry.

Do you offer custom-made solutions?

Yes, custom manufacturing to customer drawings is our core competence. Send us your CAD drawing, a sample or a sketch — we will bring your project to life.

Where do your materials come from?

We source our raw materials exclusively from certified European suppliers to guarantee the highest quality standards.

What about sustainability?

Especially with our TPE solutions, we rely on 100% recyclable materials and resource-efficient production processes. More on our sustainability page.

Does AnyElastomer hold certifications?

Yes, our processes and products comply with common standards such as ISO 9001 as well as material-specific standards like REACH and RoHS. Details on our quality page.

Materials & Technology

What is the main difference between EPDM and TPE?

EPDM is a classic rubber with excellent UV resistance, while TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer that is easier to color and recycle. Detailed comparison →

Is EPDM suitable for outdoor use?

Absolutely. EPDM is extremely weather-, ozone- and UV-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor applications — with service lives of 25 to 50+ years.

What temperature range does EPDM cover?

Our EPDM products remain permanently flexible from -40°C to +120°C. Peroxide-cured special compounds can withstand up to +150°C.

Do you offer PVC products for the food industry?

Yes, we carry special soft PVC that complies with FDA and EU directives for food contact.

What does “Shore hardness” mean?

Shore hardness describes a material’s resistance to indentation — simply put: how hard or soft the material is. EPDM: Shore A 30–90, PVC: Shore A 60–95 / Shore D 60–80, TPE: Shore A 10–95.

Can TPE profiles be welded?

Yes, unlike EPDM, TPE profiles (especially TPE-V) can be thermally welded — perfect for continuous seals in automated window production.

Are your PVC hoses chemically resistant?

PVC offers very good resistance to many acids, alkalis and alcohols. Not resistant to ketones, chlorinated solvents and aromatics. For specific media, we are happy to send you a resistance chart.

Do you offer antistatic materials?

Yes, we can equip materials with special additives to achieve antistatic or electrically conductive properties. See our ESD products.

What is the 2K injection molding process?

Here we combine two different materials (e.g. hard plastic and soft TPE) in a single operation into a solid component — without adhesive. Learn more →

How transparent are your PVC curtains?

Our standard PVC strips are highly transparent (crystal clear) to ensure maximum light transmission and safety.

Products & Manufacturing

Can you manufacture profiles from my CAD drawing?

Yes, we work with common formats such as STEP, DWG or DXF and precisely implement your designs.

What colors are available for TPE profiles?

Almost any color according to RAL or Pantone scales is achievable. For EPDM, color options are more limited (black, gray, others on request).

Do you offer self-adhesive profiles?

Yes, many of our EPDM and TPE profiles can be equipped with mounting tape (single or double-sided self-adhesive).

What diameters are possible for hoses?

We manufacture hoses from the smallest capillaries (1 mm ID) up to large industrial hoses with over 200 mm diameter.

Do you also produce prototypes?

Yes, we support you with first article inspection reports and small batches before starting main production. Press parts from 10 pieces, injection molding from 50 pieces.

What are rubber molded parts?

These are components manufactured by pressing or injection molding, such as buffers, grommets, sealing caps, O-rings and membranes. EPDM molded parts · TPE molded parts

Are your PVC curtains cold-resistant?

Yes, we carry special “Polar” grades that remain flexible in cold storage rooms down to -40°C. Strip curtains →

Can hoses be reinforced with fabric?

Yes, for high-pressure applications we offer hoses with textile or wire reinforcement — PVC braided hoses rated up to 10 bar operating pressure.

Ordering & Logistics

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

This depends on the product. Extruded profiles: from approx. 100 running meters. Injection molded parts: from approx. 500 pieces. Standard products: often from 1 piece or 1 running meter.

How long is the lead time for new tools?

Manufacturing new extrusion tools typically takes 1–2 weeks, injection molding tools 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver our products securely packaged via freight forwarder or parcel service throughout the EU and beyond.

Can I receive material samples?

We are happy to send you sample sections of our standard materials so you can check the feel and quality.

How do I get a quote?

Use our contact form or send us an email with your drawing and desired quantity — you will receive feedback within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer on-site technical consulting?

For complex projects, our engineers are happy to support you in person or via video call with material selection.
