Our EPDM pads and rubber granulate protection layers are developed specifically for the photovoltaics industry: they serve as load distribution on flat roofs and as a separation layer between chemically incompatible materials.
System technology: With butyl sealing tapes, EPDM adhesive SB-2444 and bonding primers we provide everything for the professional installation and bonding of elastomer products from a single source.

- Water-jet cutting — precision cuts from sheet material, any contour, no tooling costs
- Punching — economical at high volumes, tolerance ±0.1 mm
- Equip with self-adhesive backing — acrylic or butyl adhesive layer, also double-sided
- Laminating — bonding with fabric, film or other materials

From Inquiry to Delivery
01 — Inquiry & Consultation
Send us your drawing, sample or specification. Our engineers advise you free of charge on material and profile selection.
02 — Quote & Approval
You receive a detailed quote with unit prices, tooling costs (if applicable) and lead time. Once approved we start production.
03 — First Article Sample
Before series production you receive first article samples for approval. If needed we optimise iteratively — until your product fits perfectly.
04 — Production & Delivery
Production in the approved quality, with inspection report. Delivery free domicile or ex works — call-off orders and kanban also possible.

FAQ zu EPDM Cutting & Assembly
Can sheets be cut to size?
Yes. We offer water-jet cutting (any contour, from 1 piece) and punching (economical from 100 pieces). Tolerance with water jet: ±0.3 mm.
What is the difference between a rubber sheet and a foam rubber sheet?
Rubber sheets are made from solid material (compact, dense). Foam rubber is foamed (lighter, more compressible) — ideal as a seal or cushioning.
Which adhesive do you recommend for EPDM?
Our EPDM specialty adhesive SB-2444 — it offers high initial bond strength and lasting elasticity. For best results we recommend pre-treatment with our isopropanol-based primer.
Are butyl sealing tapes also suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Butyl sealing tapes are UV- and weather-resistant and are used as standard in roofing and façade construction. Temperature-resistant from -30°C to +80°C.
