- Welding protection: Fabricated lamellas with eyelets, hooks or rail system
- ESD mats: Cut to size, with grounding cable and snap fastener

From Inquiry to Delivery
01 — Inquiry & Consultation
Send us your drawing, sample or specification. Our engineers advise you free of charge on material and profile selection.
02 — Quote & Approval
You receive a detailed quote with unit prices, tooling costs (if applicable) and lead time. Once approved we start production.
03 — First Article Sample
Before series production you receive first article samples for approval. If needed we optimise iteratively — until your product fits perfectly.
04 — Production & Delivery
Production in the approved quality, with inspection report. Delivery free domicile or ex works — call-off orders and kanban also possible.

How much energy does a strip curtain save?
In cold stores and climate-controlled areas, strip curtains reduce energy loss at open passageways by up to 50%. The investment often pays for itself within a few months.
How often do strip curtains need to be replaced?
Under normal use, strips last 2–5 years. In high-frequency areas (e.g. forklift passage) we recommend thicker strips (3 mm) and replacement after 1–2 years.
Which welding protection color do I need?
Green/dark green: standard for MIG/MAG/TIG. Bronze/amber: higher visibility with lower protection. Red: for plasma cutting. All colors meet DIN EN ISO 25980.
