Sustainability as a Material Advantage
TPE is thermoplastically processable. Clean, single-grade production scrap can be reprocessed under suitable controls; end-of-life recycling depends on grade, part design, separation and the available recycling stream. Plasticizer-free and halogen-free grades are available, but this does not apply universally to all TPE.
Bio-based and recycled-content grades are available for defined applications. Bio-based content, recyclate content, mechanical properties and CO₂ values are documented for the selected grade.

Send us your drawing, sample or specification. Our engineers advise you free of charge on material and profile selection.
02 — Quote & Approval
You receive a detailed quote with unit prices, tooling costs (if applicable) and lead time. Once approved we start production.
03 — First Article Sample
Before series production you receive first article samples for approval. If needed we optimise iteratively — until your product fits perfectly.
04 — Production & Delivery
Production in the approved quality, with inspection report. Delivery free domicile or ex works — call-off orders and kanban also possible.

FAQ on sustainable TPE solutions
Is bio-based TPE more expensive than conventional TPE?
The surcharge depends on grade, documentation scope and order volume and is calculated for each project.
Can recycling compounds be used for food contact?
Generally no, because traceability of contaminants in recyclate is difficult. For regulated applications we recommend bio-based TPE as a sustainable alternative.
How do you document sustainability?
We provide material data sheets with information on bio-based content (ASTM D6866) or recyclate content as well as CO₂-equivalent calculations on request.
